Billing Information
WholeChild Wellness Pediatric Psychology is an out-of-network practice. Operating independently from insurance companies provides both clients and therapists with several benefits:
-
Quality Care: Our practice is intentionally kept small to ensure each clinician can provide individualized attention and dedicate ample time to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client. This includes client-free days for professional development, such as attending conferences, continuing education (e.g., trainings, books, webinars, podcasts), and engaging in peer consultation to stay current with best practices.
-
Treatment Flexibility: By not adhering to insurance regulations (e.g., diagnostic requirements, session limits, covered treatment modalities), we are able to offer flexible services that focus entirely on what is in the best interest of the client, allowing each clinician to tailor treatment approaches to meet each child’s specific needs.
-
Client Confidentiality: We prioritize protecting client privacy. By not requiring submission of health information to third-party payers, we maintain greater confidentiality, ensuring your personal information is kept secure.
If you choose to use your Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, we can provide you with a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please refer to the FAQ section for more information on navigating your OON benefits for therapy.
Fees
At WholeChild Wellness, we know choosing therapy is both a personal and financial investment.
Our rates reflect the specialized, integrative care we provide — blending psychology, behavioral health, and pediatric expertise to meet each child’s unique needs.
Families aren’t just paying for time in session; they’re investing in individualized strategies, close collaboration with parents and schools, and long-term support designed to help their child thrive.
Please note: Additional professional services, including collaborative care communications, letter writing, treatment summaries, IEP meeting attendance, and responding to court subpoenas, have separate associated fees.
